How do I register to attend?
If you are the lead stand registrant, you can register using the link you received in your invitation to register. As the lead registrant, you can also add additional stand attendees. If you have not received your invitation please email email@example.com
How will you ensure delegates will be engaged when it is virtual?
One-to-one appointments, downloadable content, live chat available, category talks with tracked attendance, live Q&A sessions, supplier competitions and best practice sessions will provide added value to attendees.
Can I change my stand sponsorship level?
Yes, you can upgrade your stand, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or your trading contact with any requests.
How do I build my stand and exhibitor page?
Submit your artwork, text copy, downloads and any poll questions to our event partners XSEM, and they will build the stand on your behalf. For full details of stand requirements, download your relevant exhibitor manual above.
When can I see my stand?
You will be provided access to see your completed stand from 10 – 14 September.
How many staff can we have on our stand?
This depends on your stand level – please see the Exhibitor Guide for your stand level for details.
How do I make a one-to-one video appointment with a partner?
If you have a Platinum package you will be able to access a list of all registered partners one week before the first live day. Select the partner you wish to meet with at an available time slot in their diary and press request. A request will be sent to the partner to accept or decline. Un-answered requests will expire and be released from both parties’ diaries after 72 hours.
The same process applies for partners making a request with a supplier.
